We are, each of us, highly transactional, with analytic and deal structuring skills honed over many decades. We have structured and closed debt, equity and platform investments for some of the most highly levered, storied assets, portfolios and operators across the globe. We work with thoughtful urgency, using our extensive network of debt and equity capital sources which includes: family offices, the HNWI / UHNWI cohort, wealth managers, private equity managers, debt funds, insurance companies, hedge funds, REITs, endowments, sovereign wealth, and the plan sponsor communities.

The name of our firm derives from the Latin phrase, "Ex Voto," which connotes "in fulfillment of a vow or promise." We believe a capital advisor's imperative is to serve as fiduciary of the responsibility entrusted to it, and to identify, structure, negotiate and close the optimal capital structure at the most preferable business and economic terms for the client.
